The full info of the event is all on your ticket. However, for attendees who registered over a week before the event is due to take place, you will receive an email with the full event info. If you register for the event within a week of it taking place, please visit universe.com and search for the event page for full info, or simply refer to your e-tickets.

Yes, all seating is first come first serve.

You will get a receipt confirming your payment as soon as you order – this will be our standard “thanks for your order” receipt. You will then receive your official e-tickets within 2 working days via the email address you gave when ordering. If you struggle to find your e-tickets, please check the junkmail folder.

You may also receive updates about the event via email so please keep an eye out for other emails from us containing the latest information.

There is no minimum age limit for this family friendly event.

Doors open at 5:30pm and close at 7:30pm promptly. There will be no late admissions. We request that you arrive by 6pm to ensure a prompt start to the event.

Yes, there will be a professional photographer taking photographs on behalf of Revive, for use in our marketing materials and social media channels. If you would prefer for your images not to be used, please let a member of staff know at the event.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or cannot attend the event. We recommend if you are unable to attend, to let us know as we can re-allocate your tickets to allow someone else to enjoy the event! As a non-profit event, ticket proceeds go towards charity, so if you are unable to attend, you have still supported a charitable cause!

As children require their own seat, a ticket needs to be purchased for each child attendee.

Refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue.

We only use secure systems with banking standard safety features to make sure that your payment and financial data cannot be compromised. All online payments are securely processed via Universe and no financial data is retained on our servers.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel we will do our best to re-arrange the event. If this is not possible we will offer a refund.
