How are we getting aid into Gaza in 2025?

Revive has been on the ground in Gaza since October 2023. By the Grace of Allah Almighty, we have been able to deliver aid even amidst challenging circumstances in Gaza since the conflict escalated.

Over the months, we have remained fluid in our distribution to keep the needs of people on the ground our primary concern, also the safety of our beneficiaries and navigating through challenges such as border closures.

Since Ramadan 2025, in the midst of the crisis in Gaza, Revive distributed and provided:

Food Baskets – 1000+ people fed
Fresh and Hot Meals – 30,000+ people fed hot meals.
Bread – 1500 pieces of fresh bread daily.
Water – 42,000 litres+ provided to those in need in Gaza
Shelter – 200 families in Gaza provided with shelters.
Hygiene facilities – 40 private bath houses built separately for males and females.
Medical Tents – field hospital, providing essential medical aid and treatment

We work with partner charities established through our Network of Scholars to ensure aid is distributed.  We are working with individuals and organisations  to deliver aid into Gaza. Which means that collaboration with partner organisations is crucial.

Where possible, aid is purchased from within Palestine itself, in order to navigate fewer border issues. Due to the network and experience of those involved in Revive’s network, we have been able to ensure a steady supply of Aid in Gaza. The nature of working in an active war zone is that aid is distributed in unpredictable circumstances. Utilising multiple partner contacts and local knowledge has enabled us to continue humanitarian work through the challenges presented.

Our partners on the ground have been making use of whatever materials than can be utilised for running the bakeries which sometimes means even old, and destroyed masonry, and building materials are being used as fuel.

Warehouses of flour are also being purchased, at increased costs due to the shortage of the materials, to continue long term sustainability of our projects.

The crisis in Gaza isn’t over. Ceasefire in reality translates as, returning to a home which is no longer there. Burying relatives who should have been laid to rest weeks/months ago or waiting for aid to arrive from within the family tent.

Gaza is in crucial need of your support!

Help us to make a genuine impact and difference!

Updated 28th May 2025: Please note we are constantly updating our methods of delivery to ensure continuity, and to best bring aid to those in need.
