Post-Ramadan Syria Deployment Report

Who are the people of Ra’s al-Ayn Syria?

This is a message from our team on the ground in Syria for you:

“It was tough to get to it, being so distant and remote. When we finally got there we saw the state of some if the homes and buildings. We were then told about their limited water supply (we’re working on that also) and how we’re the first ones, either from East or West, to bring aid to Ra’s al-Ayn.

The food parcels last families 2 months. You’re giving aid to people who really are in great need – from the young to the old, male and female, they are all in need.”

Alhamdulillah Revive’s post-Ramadan 2024 deployment team are the first team to ever offer support to this refugee camp and make a life changing difference to it’s residents. When Revive distributes, we keep a stern focus on sustainability, meaning that the people who live in this camp can rest assured knowing that we will be back to distribute to them again, we won’t leave them hungry!

Furthermore, we visited our bread factory locations which are responsible for feeding thousands of impoverished families in Syria throughout the year and beyond. The team gave out your bread donations to residents of the refugee camp, bringing smiles to the faces of the children.

Feedback from the team has included the difficulty endured of accessing the locations which Revive serve, given that we seek out the beneficiaries who have no other external help due to their isolated and rural locations. It’s not too late to make a difference! Clich the link below to send help to Syria now:
